• Requirements Gathering:
  This involves your Consultant and/or Project Manager discussing your requirements, confirming the direction you would like to take the website and agreeing on how each of the features will work on your website.

• Project Planning & Management:
  Before we start any project, we take the time to carefully plan the projects development and put systems in place to effectively manage its creation.

• Interface Design:
  All our website interfaces are designed by our professional Graphic Designers at our Melbourne-based Production Centre. Of course, you are involved in the design process and we only start construction once you have approved the design.

• Layout Construction & Programming:
  We develop all of our websites using the latest hardward and software technology to ensure the best solution for our clients.

• Kinetic Site Manager (KSM) Framework Integration:
  The Kinetic Site Manager framework is our proprietary content management software which is integrated into every Kinetic Website so that you can easily update your website. The KSM framework also allows you to add any of our Web Options.

• Content Section creation:
  We create each content section based on the number of sections provided in each package. Additional sections can be created as required or you can choose to add as many sections as you like using the Kinetic Site Manager. The Content Sections will be accessed using your websites Navigation Menu/Panel and a linked Sitemap is also created to help your users easily navigate your website.

• Data Entry:
  All the data provided by you or produced by us (eg. Photography, Copywriting etc.) is entered into the website and proofed by our Developers. If you have an Online Store, this also includes Data Entry of each of your products. Additional product information can be added as required. See our Content Options for more information on the types of data you could include on your website.

• Keyword Analysis & SEO:
  We invest the time in making sure you have selected the best keywords to describe your business and make sure that they have been included in the relevant sections of your website to ensure your site achieves a high Search Engine Ranking (SER).

• Quality Assurance Testing & Trouble Shooting:
  We make sure that all the work completed on your website is proofed at multiple stages to make sure that your website is perfect when it is launched live. This involves conducting a range of Quality Assurance Tests which pick-up any mistakes such as spelling, grammar, punctuation, text formatting, hyperlinks, form functionality and image quality. Your website does not go live unless it passes our stringent QA process.

• Training:
  Once your website goes live, we provide you with a detailed yet easy-to-follow training manual to help you use the Kinetic Site Manager and keep your website up-to-date. The training also includes a private one-on-one session either at our office or at your place of business if within the Melbourne Metropolitan district. Phone training can also be conducted if your business is outside Melbourne or operates interstate.

• Hosting:
  All our packages come with a suitable hosting package. This is selected based on the type of content being served and the Web Options selected. Some packages also require hosting add-ons such as the Standard Online Store Package which requires the Shared SSL Certificate to operate securely.

• Web Options:
  We’ve also included a selection of the most appropriate Web Options to improve the content, e-commerce and marketing capabilities of your website. If you’re not happy with the choices we’ve made you can swap them for another Web Option of equal value or you can upgrade any of the packages with as many Web Options as you like – the choice is yours!
